We deliver within London, with a flat £15 delivery fee for the following postcodes: E1, E2, E3, E5, E6, E7, E8, E9, E10, E11, E12, E13, E14, E15, E16, E17, N1, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8, N16, N19, N1C, NW1, NW3, NW8, SE1, SE16, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, W1, W2, SW1, SW3.
If you’re outside these areas, please email us at hello@kitty-willow.com, and we’ll provide a custom delivery quote.
We’re not currently offering nationwide delivery.
DELIVERY TIMINGS
Deliveries take place between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. While we can’t guarantee an exact time, let us know if you prefer a morning, afternoon, or evening delivery, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
If you require a specific time slot, we can arrange this for an additional fee.
NEXT-DAY DELIVERY
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed by 2 p.m. Orders placed after this will be delivered on the next available date. We don’t offer same-day delivery.
COLLECTION
You’re welcome to collect your flowers from our studio or arrange your own courier. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure your flowers are ready.
MISSED DELIVERIES
Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers. If no one is home, we’ll follow your instructions to leave them with a neighbour or in a safe place. Once delivered, we can’t take responsibility for their condition.
If no instructions are provided and we can’t deliver, your flowers will be returned to our studio. We’ll let you know, and a redelivery fee may apply.
